Through the use of our showroom and in home visits we provide free design and decorating consultation for the fireplace.
In Home Consultation is available for most all of Firesides products. After you have visited our showroom Fireside's knowledgeable staff is available for in home appointments. We will be happy to bring color samples, catalogs and furnishings to your home.
If you are just unsure of the product we also offer "Furnishings on Approval". You are more than welcome to take a furnishing home to see how it will look in your home. This applies to all but our gas furnishings. We want your fireplace to fit your home, if you like two or three items and can't decide, try them all before buying.
For a custom fit screen or glass door, or just an unusual sized or shaped fireplace Fireside provides Free Fireplace Measurement. Either one of the staff or one our installers are available for Fireplace Measurements. This guarantees a proper fit for custom fit furnishings and custom made furnishings. In order to provide the best furnishings possible the Fireside insists on measuring the fireplace for all custom-built furnishings and for Un-Vented (Vent Free) Gas Logs.
The Fireside offers Installation Services on all furnishings purchased at the Fireside. From Gas Log Installation to the mounting of Custom Fit Screens and Doors Fireside takes the hassle out of fireplace enjoyment. All Installation Prices are quoted before purchase and are all-inclusive.
Another unique service to the Fireside is "Firebox Painting". For a nominal charge Fireside will paint the inside of your fireplace; either a simple flat black or for the coordinated look a designer color.
